Don't know for sure they were of the "Crazy" variety, but it was ants that got into the float bowl of my old 92 Fourtrax and made it quit running. I don't use it very often and it stays covered under a porch where the evening sun hits and warms it on cold, Fall and Winter days. They can find their way to the deepest cavities to get away from the cold. I can only speculate these ants found their way through a carburetor vent tube.
