Urge2hunt now has an exclusive semi-guided rifle bull elk hunt available in Unit 3, near Maybell, Colorado.

Hunters will live in 2 story shoot houses and stay on the bottom floor and shoot from the upper floor. 2 hunters per house.
Once elk is down, the guide will retrieve and field dress and get elk back and hang it for cutting.

3-5 day hunts are available to accommodate everyone's budget in all 4 rifle seasons.

For 1st rifle season, where tags have usually been drawn with 0 points, we are offering the entire ranch to a single group of 6-14 hunters. Basically your group leases the entire ranch.

How bad was winterkill over there and is this a wintering area for elk?

This has to be a high fence elk ranch.

Nope, not high fence but fair chase and Winter kill wasn't bad here as in other places.

I am not trying to trash your business or anything but that is a pretty bold statement. Maybell was ground 0 of winterkill in Colorado this past winter.
