I am currently getting setup as a Briggs warranty dealer and also a gator tail warranty dealer to work on motors. I’m about to put an order in for Briggs parts so if anyone is near the commerce area and needs some Briggs parts let me know and I can get you taken care of.
Or if you need any work done to your boat we can get it all taken care of for you.

You should have been a Mudbuddy authorized repair center, would have had a lot more business…
Congrats on the new venture, definitely need more repair option in North Texas.

Dang boy! Where do you find the time, dirt work, buildings, welding, handyman work, farm work, now engine work. I'm surprised you even have time to hunt.

Be careful on warranty repairs,Briggs makes you purchase engine then after repair is complete and the invoice is emailed they send you a check when they get to it.The cost on the new 40s is about 3600 if I recall plus shipping when you get a couple warranty jobs you can be out of pocket a good bit.The upside is there’s only Pete,Josh, and Will close to Dallas that work on them. There is a good bit of money to be made though.Good luck on your journey.

Congrats on the new venture, definitely need more repair option in North Texas. Talked to prodrive today and will be setup with them as well. Plan on also talking to muddy once I get everything else setup. Thank you all.

From my past job I dealt with all the small engine distributiors. But thank you for the heads up. And that is one of the reasons I’ve been going down this path. Gator tail lifetime warranty on their belt is what led me to it. There are no authorized dealers around here close. Yet there are plenty of boats.

I only know 3 others locally that I would let work on my motor, but none of them are dealers I do not think, although they can get you motors same price as a dealer. To be a dealer you also have to hit sales quotas, they don’t make it easy. Walter I’m sure you got all that figured out, good luck with it.
