With the gourmet food some of you guys post I was hesitant to put something this simple on here, but this stuff goes fast around here. I take a can of Ranch Style Beans, cut the lid off, but use it to mash out the liquid. I don't rinse the beans. I simply hold the can upside down over the sink and use the lid to mash out almost all of the liquid. I put it in a mini-food processor and put about one teaspoon, (eating spoon, not measuring spool), of Slap Ya Mama/Hot Blend seasoning in there and blend. Mine is thick enough that it takes a minute or two to get blended well.
Simple as this is I think you will like it. The temp on the Slap Ya Moma Hot Blend goes a long way. A full teaspoon or more may be too much for women, kids, and Yankees.

Add in a half brick of cream cheese, put it in a pan, top with cheddar cheese, bake until bubbly, serve hot, bing bang boom!

We like to do ours with regular refried beans, sharp cheddar cheese, sour cream instead of cream cheese, and lots of chopped green onions, jalepenos and tomatoes.
Beer and whiskey, 'cause you can't drink bacon!!

Dang. I have a shaker of "Cajun Two-Step" that I haven't opened. I wonder if that would work in place of the Slap Ya Mama.

I had some Tony's Cajun seasoning in my hand one day and my wife said maybe later, but she wanted Slap Ya Mama again. I've made this a lot lately since it is just too easy.

Ranch Style is what I use for nachos, cook them in a sauce pan while mashing them with a fork. Like refried I suppose

They had the regular Slap Ya Mama blend, so I added a slight tsp to the can of drained Ranch Style Beans and gave it a whirl. Pretty good. Added a dash of the Cajun Two-Step and got just a little more heat. Also good. Next batch, I might add some cream cheese. This really is simple!
