Intend to do lots of handcorning, maybe lay some doe and/or buck scent down, possibly a buck decoy, try some rattling, just get into the stand more in search of these 2 bucks...

Neighbor took two of mine, although I would have only shot one of them - the other was too young. Out of my top ten, only 1 other buck is missing, and he partied with 5 different does before he disappeared. I have one cull that hasn't been seen since September and another that barely gave me the slip (I could see 3" of his back over a rise but couldn't see full vitals). The slipper has been a regular the last week at the new feeder. If he continues to make that mistake I'll get him. Just a matter of time.

Much cooler temps this weekend should have the critters out and about. Time to close those gaps, Game On!!!!!

Took pics of this buck last year as I saw him in Oct then every weekend in December last year . I have seen him early season this year then he vacated for rut . Hoping now it’s December he will be back again this weekend . I passed on him last year hoping he would get more length this year. He has gotten taller but not any wider . All the pictures I have of him this year are not good pics .

i have 3 years of photos of this guy and he was 2.5-3.5 those first year (date is wrong on camera that was about 2 weeks ago). Just won't come out in daylight until February or March...

Just got done cleaning up neighbor's red oak acorns, filled a grocery bag full. Give him something different and tasty, game on !!!

Problem is DQ they love the white oak acorns not red oaks. Wasting your time....

No sir, they clean them up on the Flying Q, 3 years of history showing that. They're gone in a weekend typically.

White is priority if you have white.

Kids picked up 20lbs of Red and dumped them in pen. Deer cleaned them up.

You guys are correct I thought you said Live oak acorns. They wouldn't touch on my place years ago down the road from you DQ, those reds will get eaten as you guys said.

When I hunt the north stand, he is at the south stand and when I hunt the south stand, he is at the north stand...But if you don't watch the wind, you won't see him at all...
