I ended up getting an Atascosa steel blind for the point on my ranch. This thing is nice and I couldn’t be happier.

I've always liked Bushlan camo too. Not that it matters on a blind though.

Think I threw out Atascosa and Ranch King. Nice, 4×6 or 5x7, can I ask what was cost, makes me want one.

Have one like it. Took window tint from auto zone and they can see in even when they walk right by.

Curious - I saw you were done with fiberglass. Was that due to the one flooring issue, or other things as well?

Yep. Flooring. Why they don’t use a heavy polycarbonate sheet rather than plywood is beyond me.

Nice. I heard "steel" and immediately thought it would be cold, loud. Not this bad boy. I like the ledge under the window, you can get a solid front and rear rest. That's how I build my blinds. Hunt well.

Gotta have curtains, especially if you have back windows. That gnome is backlit.

The area I'm shooting to starts about a hundred yards away so I'm not worried much about anything seeing me or the gnome.

We have had ants and rodents push dirt up against the floor holding moisture.

That’s what I hunt in now. Absolutely hate the thing, windows are awful, metal continuously pops in the wind. It is built very air tight, but so is my fiberglass blind that I will be taking back over this off season.

Strange, mine is quiet as can be and the windows are nice Deerview brand from Cleburne. I wonder if you got a knockoff.

No it’s not a knock off. The window tracks get full of dirt and require cleaning, which is never really clean, or quiet. They also freeze shut easier than the folding windows in my fiberglass blind. I don’t like windows that require 2 hands to operate

Never had issues with noise or having to clean the windows tracks. We’ve had the those for 15 plus years now. They will definitely freeze shut on you though if it’s icy
