I have a .22lr Martini, has peep sight which these old eyes can't use, most I have seen are set up with Unertl, don't really want to spend 1k or up, am thinking a long scope tube would work, any ideas.

Here is the mount I used on my cadet. I bought a Weaver 92A aluminum base that would extend back over the top of the action.

Would love to have a Martini in 30-30 or 223.
Uprisings started or quelled, tornadoes rerouted, elections rigged.
