I have 20 cuddeback cameras and have never had a problem with one of them. Have owned Stealthcams and had nothing but problems. Which model do you have? What would you recommend?

I ahve lots of different brands as I will buy whatever if I find a good deal on one. Moultries are junk, stay away from them. Bushnell was also junk. I had my recon pro extreme for three years before it broke and had to pay $120 to have the PC board replaced, pretty dissapointing considering its a very high dollar IR cam. Have used cuddyback and leaf river brands as well, no issues at all with the cuddys, only minor ones with the leaf river.

Has anyone else had to send thier Cuddyback Back. or am I the only one? Have sent two Cuddieback NoFlash's back, mainly for the arrow buttons not working. Have a Capture IR, so far no problems but only had it for one season. Just sent my second NoFlash back and am going to trade it for another Capture IR. They are much easier to set and I like the SD card instead of the Compact Flash Card.

I had to send my Cuddeback back after about 2 months. Its motion detector stopped working past about 5 feet. The replacement has been working about 3 months now, but I still don't think the motion detector is sensitive enough.

I've been praising the Moultrie I40 for months now and guess what? Went to the ranch this weekend and two of the four have dead lcd screens . Can't program them, see how many photos or check the batt life, nothin'.. Anyway, am going to try to send them to Moultrie for repair and will see what happens. Did a search and it appears that this is a common problem . Next camera I buy will probably be the Bushnell Trophy Cam. So far excellent reviews on them. Regards, Scott

I have been studying this for several weeks now and finally pulled the trigger last night. Went with the Bushnell Trophy Cam based on the good reviews...

I "had" some screen issues with various Moultries.... and don't want to jinx myself, but... I quit using batteries and went to solar on all of my cameras. Haven't had a single problem since the switch and they are out there year around. I'm wondering if it has something to do with the shock of moving them around to replace batteries? Just a thought...

Leaf River IR. After the weeds are down it works great. third season with it. this year I set a post to mount it on instead of a tree and I took the lawn mower and mowed a quarter acre around the feeder. can't wait to check pictures
