I asked the Bing AI generator to create me an image of a Vizsla pointing Quail. The result was not what I expected. Nope, not bad at all, I have already had more than one person on facebook contact me asking permission to put that one on their wall. I don't think many people know yet that anyone can easily create these for free using Bing AI Image creator. From Microsoft Edge go to Bing.com, Images, Create. Type in a brief description of what you want created and hit enter/go.

So I went back and tried including "oil painting". I asked for Vizsla pointing Quail, oil painting. I think it has the dog pointing to show the herd of birds which way to go.
