I know how hard a quality property is to come by and I also know the going rate for them.
I am interested in a larger place that I can lease exclusively with Trophy Mule Deer primarily in mind.
Pronghorn, Aoudad & Elk would be a bonus and any other wildlife that may be available.
Anywhere in far west Texas or the Trans Pecos area I am open to.
I have references from landowners and clients dating back 15 years if needed.
I am very management minded and the reason I am looking for a property is because a current ranch I
do have leased is not management minded or have long term goals in mind and that is just not good for
my business.
Please call, text or email me anytime if you have something available or may know someone that does.
This would be for next year 2024 and beyond.

You know I'm looking too. I've hunted on a guy's place a couple of times, large acerage, and asked him if any of his neighbors are leasing, but he's not the type to ever speak to his neighbors (and I think the neighbors probably appreciate it  ). 'Hope you find it Mike.
