I doubt I ever take another deer to the processor unless I am just unable to process it myself at some point. Know you get all your own meat and how that meat was handled.

You did good with that one, also love the big bite grinders, no more cutting the grid meat up so small makes it easier.

You are 100% correct. It gets easier every year to not pull the trigger or let my son kill a nice deer. I`ve got all the equipment and 26 years of experience managing a meat market and I started taking mine to a friend who has a processing business to do mine about 6 years ago. I decided I don`t need the practice anymore and he does really good work.
