Get top staff 10 million a year for 4 years
Recruiting and retention (keep guys an extra year). 25 million a year.

I think they are on par for an Elko type.

Fisch lost to Mississippi State this year, which makes Arizona top 15 ranking hard to believe.

The thought process is he did a good job there but if you add him together with A&M's resources you could have a good thing.

Billy Liucci is about the only A&M guy I listen to. He thinks Ryan Day is just smoke, possibly by Ryan Days own agent to get him more money.

He also don’t think A&M will buy out any big contract from another school.

I agree. Reminds me of all the Saban-to-Texas rumors after Strong and Herman and maybe even Mack. I don't think it was ever in the cards and of course Saban got a nice big fat contract extension out of it. The PR machines some of these guys have is unreal.
