We were prepared to spend the next 5 days at the lease looking for an old mule deer for Jaxton to take. Well about 20 minutes after first shooting light this old, big bodied, grey faced mule deer walked out behind 3 does. Jaxton sent a 308 round his way from about 180 yards and game over. This is a buck we have had on camera for 3 yrs but he usually doesn’t show up until late December after mule deer season and usually only get a handful of pics of him. Buck field dressed at 200 pounds even. Biggest bodied deer I’ve ever had to load roflmao
