Thanks folks and yes they were very good.

Smoked for two hours around 225 ° using Post Oak wood, prefer Pecan but I am out of it. Water spritzed them once about an hour into smoking.
Placed in pan with about 1/2 cup of water covered with Aluminum foil then into the oven for 3 hours at 225° (which was probably 15 minutes to long for they were to close to falling off the bone for me).
Water spritzed them once about 1 1/2 hour after I put them in there.

Pulled out then put a light coat of Baby Rays Original BBQ sauce and the back in the oven without the Foil on top for 10 minutes at 450° to caramelize the BBQ sauce, that is what gives it that beautiful finished look.

Dangit Stubby, after lookiing at your ribs I had to run and get some. Wanted beef ribs but HEB hasn’t had any shipped to them in a week now, so grabbed a couple racks of baby backs. On the pit now…..
