As my postings here will attest I'm a sucker for a good bird photo. The American Kestrel is one that continues to beat me. Kestrel's are common here if south central Louisiana but they are very hard to approach for me and the photos I've taken of them are very poor. Beautiful little birds for sure. Well done sir and a tip of the hat to you.

That’s a dang nice bream

He was devouring a grasshopper quicker than I could get my camera out.
When Im deer hunting(only time I have camera, just about) about the only pics I take besides deer are birds. They rarely sit still long enough to get a good pic.

According to the photographer, an American Kestrel. I'm no expert, but that's what I'd say.

The photographer didn’t say it cause he didn’t know what it was except a photo op.
Elkhunter did and he evidently knows.

No extra to wrap. Really helps em from sliding off. Got from an older gentleman farmer on the Red River at 8.33 per 50(they were 60s). Had already made one load with one pallet for road corn and these will all go out when we fill the feeders in a couple weeks.
