That’s not good news. Wishing the best for him.
He’s looking at a 10 month rehab. Could make it back early-mid next year

He would have been the first running back taken off the board in the draft. I don't know how things will shake out now.

Hate to see Brooks with a serious injury. Am I the only one that thought the TCU defender continued twisting his legs well after he was down?

Seems Ewers is trending to return next year. Seems about right, many top QBs in the draft this year. He would probably be 7th or 8th qb taken.
He didn’t really light it up.

Speaking of draft. I would take AD Mitchell before Worthy.
I think worthy’s stock has dropped a bit. Mainly due to emergence of some other really good WRs. Harrison, Malik Nabers, Keon Coleman, orduze, Troy Franklin all go before Worthy.

JR Very much so after watching the replay multiple times yesterday. It happens most places that Texas plays, but quite a few reports of unruly TCU fans acting like hostile NFL fans towards Texas fans on Saturday, too.

Probably looked more egregious slowed down than at game speed.

He didn’t really light it up. He needs to return. Even before the injury he looked a little above average. Prob making more NIL money than he would in the NFL right now.

I wouldn't say he "needs" to return. He's probably still a 2nd/3rd rounder. There's no guarantees that draft stock will increase if he stays, but I agree another year could help him tremendously.

He didn’t really light it up. He would go first two rounds. He could still do well if the offense ever turns it on. With Brooks out I see them throwing it around a little more then usual. That's if he's healthy of course. I do think he'll be better next year, but will see. He is much improved from last year.

I think he’s dropped, because others have risen. Not necessarily his play.
I saw a mock draft earlier. Usually around 5-6 receivers are taken 1st round. Before the season I would have projected worthy a top 3.
Top receivers in mock 1. Harrison 2. Malik Nabors 3. Keon Coleman 4. Ebuka- Ohio State 5. Odense- Washington 6. Worthy 7. Mitchell.
I’m just saying I would take Mitchell.

My opinion on their (and the Cowboys) poor performance in the Red Zone and short yardage:
Both need to scrap the lead draw (or whatever you call it) when the running back is standing next to the QB in shotgun. The slow developing plays they currently run allow WAY too much penetration by the ends.
Put the QB under center and the back five yards behind him. Hand it off to the RB with a head of steam vs. at a standstill. The D would have to worry about the sneak and would have 2 or 3 players crashing that area. Also, play action would be much better.
