I used to have a half-dozen load books -- Hornady, Nosler, Speer, Sierra, Barnes, etc. -- but currently have just the Lyman 51st and the annual magazine-format Hodgdon. Problem with Hodgdon of course is they don't list Alliant powder recipes and I am constantly amazed and disappointed by the lack of detailed load data on Alliant's Web site as they make some of the legendary powders of our time. Lots of Web sites are dedicated to handloading and sometimes specific cartridges -- Kmon mentioned the Grendel forum, and there are forums for the Bushmaster, the 6mm ARC, etc.
Lots of great data at castboolits.com, too.

The Lee hardback reloading manual. It has the most comprehensive data I've ever seen.
Uprisings started or quelled, tornadoes rerouted, elections rigged.
