The wind chill was in the low 40s this morning here in Sweetwater and I got a big old 1960s-style dose of antibiotics in the keester at the doc's just after breakfast. So as the day grew grayer I decided the spiritual lift of a pizza was in order. Did another basic pepperoni and Hatch chile sausage pie with plenty of mozzarella and it was "just what the doctor ordered," -- next best after snuggling with your sweetie and your dog in front of the fire.  ![[Linked Image]](https://i.postimg.cc/7bqP7yHF/image-67216385-1.jpg)

Had the other half of the dough to use, so did a "Mediterranean herb chicken" style last evening, this time with a roux/garlic/parmesan white sauce on the bottom then the Mozz, chicken, sun-dried toms, Feta, spinach and more Mozz.
