Michael Scott Huggins is the Registered Agent for American Heritage Sporting Club LLC. Huggins' old AMR site and the new AHSC site are hosted at the same site (e-commerce software - ecwid.com - which points to Amazon Web Services). The domain myahsc.com was registered 2024-01-12T13:13:42 (matching up with your Facebook find). It's the same business and people simply trying to rebrand to keep the scam going... a wolf that simply changed its clothes.

Looks like Huggins also started "Land Management Service and Supply, LLC" in the latter part of 2023. Another name to be on the lookout for. Not saying it's related to hunting. Just pointing it out for anybody that has a business or land that may use a "business" of this "type".

Well you sent me down a rabbit hole. I searched other company names associated with him and came across a brand new civil case against him and ANOTHER one of his companies "Romans623 LLC doing business as OILFIELD APPRECIATION DAYS OR LAND MANAGEMENT SERVICES" for breach of contract and asking for a judgement of $50,000. Go to Monroe County Supreme Court Site and search Case #E2024001659 for those details. I wonder how many companies he's really got and why.

There's also an identical breach of contract case, Index Number 138285-2024 in Ontario County, NY, against Romans 623 LLC and Huggins filed by SKYINANCE HOLDINGS LLC on Feb 22, 2024 for, I think, $40k.

I had to go read Romans 6-23. My what an interesting choice for his business name and how he seems to conduct business.

He got me too. He tried to sell me on his turn key property’s where he has blinds and feeders set up. I told him I was looking for a typical lease and then he sold me on 1200 acres that he was filling 7 other spots on property so 8 total hunters. Bobcat lane was on property line. If anyone out there has paid on same property maybe we can do a group lawsuit against him and let Justice be served.

So how did it go down? You met with him and viewed the lease property and then paid him money? Did he provide you a written lease agreement? Just curious how this guy keeps pulling this stuff off?

Yes I drove down to look at property and sent him half for deposit. I signed his lease agreement but he didn’t give me a copy of lease paperwork. He said he would send me a copy after I paid in full but he didn’t send it.

since you know where the property is go online to tax records and see who the land owner is and contact them to see if they know what this guy is doing

Boy Scouts of America is who owns the property. They were made aware of what Scott was doing and have since kicked him off their property.

have you tried googling him? Or if you know the county he lives in go to the appraisal district website and plug his name in and his physical address should show up- if you have his PO Box it would tell you what county

A snake for sure, I'm hunting a lease that he used to have. He just about ruined it, everyone I talk to in town says he owes them money. When I met him he was very arrogant, he's definitely in a bind but just doesn't know it yet

So FYI - I saw the ad for Scott Huggins AMR hunting - So I emailed saying I was very interested in my family joining a lease near Junction - so a guy calls me and gives me the spill - tells me it is an awesome place - so I play along and then at the end of the conversation I say "while playing dumb" -- I have read a few reviews about Scott Huggins - Is he associated at all with AMR???

Guy goes into to total defense and does a total dance about Scott - so I told him I will get back in touch - when I try today to contact him on the website I am blocked -

I do not understand how people like this get away with scamming to this degree - So I suggest all of you google AMR and get the contact info and wear this guy out who answers the phone - dang I hate seeing people get scammed in broad daylight
