I have no idea if it’s authentic. This will force authorities to make a statement.
But what I do know, is there is no reason to keep it secret from the public. There are no pending charges. Officers have been cleared, killer is dead. Transparency is lacking and leads to speculation.

If it is fake, It’s genius. Force them to call it fake or force them to conduct an investigation to confirm. If they can show us the video of the cops blowing her head off. We can read some words.

The signature isn't even signed the same and the end where they have the swirl below the name is different. The number "7" is written different, where one has the 7 with a line in the 7 and the other doesn't. I've never seen a person write numbers differently like this. Just my observation.

They will hide the drugs she was on twice as hard as they tried to hide the manifesto. Guarantee there were gender blocking drugs and testosterone given to this woman.

Some drugs can drastically affect handwriting. I've seen night and day differences with adderall.
