I'm looking for a year around lease for my family and close friend. Minimum of 4 huns and could do probably 6. Looking for something reasonable and long term. I have grandsons that are at that age and I don't have a good place to take them. A place to camp would be good doesn't have to have cabin or utilities. Side by side and 4 wheeler friendly for taking care of everything. Preferred area would be Navarro county and surrounding area. Can give references to the kind of person I am and my family.
