Saw this recipe this morning in the Abilene paper. Good grief! Four cups of cheese, two cups heavy cream, milk, butter, sour cream. Have mercy!

M&C is probably the most popular foods that I can`t even stand to smell. I love many cheeses and all pastas, but the 2 mixed together smell terrible and look disgusting. confused2 Just thought I`d share. Carry On.

I looked at the recipe - interesting. It's actually FIVE cups of Cheese! eek2

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded colby jack or pepper jack cheese (for a kick)
1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Id rather use 5 cheeses than processed "cheese" such as velveeta.

I'm not a fan of gruyère in my Mac. In my opinion, it's too hard and not a very good melting cheese. Often leaves that gritty texture. Recipe looks solid otherwise.
