so I've read what they have on the TPWD page about the points, but something just isn't clicking for me. What are the loyalty points used for? does it give you a better chance of being drawn? It says you get "rewarded" with the loyalty points....but how?

Loyalty points put your application in the draw more times. Points are cubed.

Say you have 2 loyalty points and apply for a feral hog hunt. Your entry will be in the drawing pool 8 times,

They increase your chance of drawing by having more entries for a hunt. You have to remember that lots of applicants have points so having a lot of loyalty points does not guarantee you will draw a tag.

Ohhhh… thank you for the explanation, I didn’t get that AT ALL from the explanation I saw on TPWD page
