I make a Santa Maria seasoning that is great on steaks especially if using a propane grill.

Red oak smoked sea salt
red oak smoked cracked peppercorns, mix
onion powder
dried garlic
crushed, dried Guajillo chiles

If they aren’t grading it in front of you, it’s not truffle. Black truffle is expensive and white truffle is down right unaffordable.

Anybody that thinks they are going to pay $8 for a jar of truffle oil will probably buy ocean front property in Arizona
