What's up with Truffle oil?? When I was working, our corporate chef got wood every time we would show customers new menu ideas using truffe oil. Chit smells and tastes like Judds gym socks I’m flattered you think I go to the gym

What's up with Truffle oil?? ...gym socks No idea. Fresh shaved black truffle is where it’s at Watch the Truffle portion. LOL, "earthy taste". ...now watch the rest. Wood pulp cellulose filler in Kraft (and other shaker brands) grated Parmesan cheese.

I make a Santa Maria seasoning that is great on steaks especially if using a propane grill.
Red oak smoked sea salt red oak smoked cracked peppercorns, mix onion powder dried garlic crushed, dried Guajillo chiles

Black truffle is expensive and white truffle is down right unaffordable. Anybody that thinks they are going to pay $8 for a jar of truffle oil will probably buy ocean front property in Arizona
