Awesome bear! As a service member, was he exempt from the outfitter requirement or did he have to get one too? He is a resident in Alaska so he doesn't need one. It's also good for me because he qualifies as a guide for me since he is a resident and over 19.

Size of rifle? He'll get the official size tomorrow, but he has measured him at 9'. He used a .300 WSM. One shot put him down, but he put two extra insurance shots in him. Did he get the official measurement?
