The last of the garden projects, before we leave in the RV. Sweet Tooth conned the girls into helping her make raspberry freezer jam, since they get some of the bounty. I just couldn't stay out of the way. I was continually making buttered toast, and slopping up the drippings!!

Made one last batch of prickly pear last week. Nice to have it put up, but it takes me forever to eat it.

Yes, each of these keeps about 3 weeks in the fridge and one year in the freezer. This is pretty much a years supply, even giving half to the kids.
