Tag draw vs tags on license

I have my tags on my annual permit can I use these at caprock canyon? I do not understand the difference.

Did you draw Caprock Canyons? If so, you will not have to use the tag on you license. They will provide a tag.

I have my tags on my annual permit can I use these at caprock canyon? I do not understand the difference. all deee licenses have tags. Some of your public like Cap Rock is draw and you dont use the tag on your licenses they give you and MLD tag when you kill out. Your licenses plus the Annual permit is good for National Forrest and National Grass lands. Please check the NF or NGL’s websites for rules and regulations. Some have antler restrictions and specific sex dates
