Took a bit of leftover smoked venison, cubed it up added cooked till clear onions and cubed fresh tomato put that in a split poblano pepper that had been air fried 10 minutes, topped with Swiss cheese. The other is same poblano filled with venison chili and fresh cilantro topped with cheddar. Back on air frier 6 minutes. Kinda of an open face chilli relleno.
