I forgot how cold 43 degrees felt! Time to dig out the base layers!
It was worth it though. Passed on the best buck I have seen in 2 years. Just not going to end it on my first morning.
Hopefully everyone else had a good morning hunt. Looking forward to more cool mornings like this for sure!!

Bet that wasn’t an easy decision. Last two seasons I’ve shot mine opening morning of rifle season, I’m starting to get a reputation  Good luck J!

When not dressed for it 43 degrees and riding an ATV is chili for sure. Hope something bigger comes alon this season after passing on him. Early to switch to pigs though
