Whatever I have in my hand. The last one got shot in the eye with a 22LR.

Semi auto, bolt gun, or pump shotgun don’t matter to me.

Ever since I got into NV and thermal I've used an AR platform almost exclusively will good success. Now that we're building the NULA bolt guns I set one in .308 up with a Thermion 2 XQ50 Pro and have been hunting with it. It works great on lone boars, but I haven't had much success killing multiple hogs out of a sounder. I've killed as many a 13 out of one group with my 300 HAM'R AR, but the most I've been able to get with the bolt gun is 2.

I'm switching back to the AR as my primary night hunting rifle.

out of this group of hogs and piglets only one adult and one piglet escaped. Love running the bolt gun over the AR. I feel like I make my shots count more with the bolt gun and once you practice enough chambering a round is easy and so is reloading.
