We got rain for 3 days off and on. Long hours of slow soaking rain. Maybe 3 inches.

We got 2” at the farm. In the last 10 days or so my pastures have really greened up.

Neighbor 1/4 mile from my place South of Bowie got 2.9 inches. My place is a little higher elevation and I seldom get over 75% of what he gets. But, whatever I got is certainly appreciated. Small ponds and spring fed creek are history. Other 2 larger ponds are in trouble and it will take a lot more than I got. I hope to get there this weekend to see mud.
Without a sense of urgency, nothing ever happens.

1 1/4" in southern Comal County. That brings our total for the past 4 months to. 1 1/4". We rally needed some.

My pond got full
I got two new rain gauges, but forget to get them out in the yard. That qualifies you for handicapped parking.

Around 2" in northern Cooke County and we played our normal Thursday night scramble less than 24 hours later with little evidence of the rain it soaked in so fast.
Pass the gravy.

Looking at my pool level and a coffee can in my yard right around 4" east side of Rockwall. I was hoping for more in NW Burnet County. Big rains formed to the east of there. Burnet got about an inch per LCRA gauges.

I was at my neighbors house last night and he said that he had almost 7" in his gauge. I knew we got a lot but not that much. I need to get a new gauge.
