This is good news, if the 9th Circuit upholds it (which, they should).. If the AR ban is next, like he says, then it’ll be a good day..

Latest is that the 9th Circuit picked it up En Banc (very unusual, typically a 3-judge panel hears it 1st).
Suspicion is that they will just sit on it forever and not make a final ruling.
Hope is that SCOTUS will put it on their 'Shadow Docket' and take the case away from the 9th Circuit, but there's no guarantee of that.
Meanwhile, the magazine ban in CA stands.
