I have been worrying about the bullet. Taking with my old man this morning at the kids soccer game he mentioned well it’s gotta be more power than the old carbine. We all started out hunting with an old 30 carbine. Looked up the Remington load we used. 110 grain soft point at an advertised 1990 FPS. Now I feel pretty darn confident.

Ahh good luck with your loads there, i built up a .300blk over last year christmas time, gonna hunt with some 208 suppressed loads,
only about 80yds here. Seems to have plenty of thump for does close in. Besides neighbors wont even know im
hunting this year. Have some 125 Noslers, but they are hard to suppress.

More to come if put some meat in the freezer this year.

I have a couple 200-220 grain leftover bullets rolling around but I haven’t messed with any subs yet. I’m assuming you are making head shots hunting with the subs?
