Watching the game again it was really close till. Bama didn't look that bad, their QB runs great, reminds me of Vince Young, he throws a "pretty" ball but...

Best thing for me were all the bama "chics" dressed in their thousand dollar dresses, with Prosecco dripping out of their open mouths.

All 3 of Texas’s QB’s are better than him.

Burke was held on EVERY play

Bama was out coached. Outplayed on both lines. Has a qb who can’t read defense and is slow with progressions. Probably should be a safety.

Bama is not sold on qb. That’s why a ND transfer QB was brought in.

The most important thing was to pressure ewers. That didn’t happen.

The second most important was no turnovers. That didn’t happen.

The third most important was penalties. Didnt happen.

We here at the airport, and we had two older ladies probably 70 years of age decked out in Auburn gear come up to us and tell us good game and congrats on the victory. I asked her if we made them happy. She said, you will never know. She also said when they announced the score at the game, the stadium erupted in cheers. It seemed like she really hated Bama she never ever smiled, she then said she won't hear from all the Bama fans for a week or so, and that they will stay home and not show their faces.... then walked away......intense.....

I opted for fly fishing in Colorado over going to the game, but kinda wishing we ended up going. I really feel like it would have been a similar outcome last year if Ewers hadn't taken that cheap shot to drive him out of the game, but he definitely the team gets dialed in for Bama. Last night was the best I've seen Texas look since the '09 team. The 2 Bama games and OU last year are by far the best games Ewer's ever played. The key is keeping that level of focus and intensity up against the middle of the road teams in the Big 12. That's been the problem for years. *IF* that happens, Texas finally has the speed, size, athleticism, and depth to make a push for the playoffs.

Sark if building a team, he has the blue prints.

I would not be surprised to see Alabama lose at least two more before the season is over. NIL and transfers has allowed teams to beef up their rosters like never before.

We are probably soon going to any NFL type season. 2 losses, and still make expanded playoff

Next year could certainly see 3-4 from SEC in playoff. 3-4 from Big10. 2-3 from ACC. 2 from Big12.
