Texas defense is looking solid. That offense is not running on all cylinders right now. Ewers seemed a little erratic and unsure at times. As he goes so will the Longhorns. Running backs look good, receivers look good, O line look okay quarterback look shaky. I don't like how things are looking for Texas right now. The defense will have to carry them until they find their stride.

They just need to throw short passes and greatly reduce the deep shots. Their receivers are dynamic and can make plays out of the short passes - and they don't behind the chains.

I loved the Ewers run for the TD. I've been saying for awhile that they need to instill the threat of the QB running to keep the defensive ends honest. Slowing down the ends will help them when they need a yard. Just a couple times a game have Ewers fake the handoff and run.
