Thanks for all the advice. I used the kit from HD with the silver reflective barrier. Tinted the windows too, but it's still over 100 degrees in my garage.

Just did a random check with a temp gun. Insulated door is 76-78°on the panels, 90-92° on the metal. Floor is 69-71°, ceiling is 82-83°. All wall at eye level are 76° and the beer in the fridge is 28.8°.
That’s with the thermostat set at 78° about 6.5’ off the floor. Vents pointing down at at 45° angle.
