He’s hiding the fact that he’s the bear in his relationship with Judd and fantasizes about me constantly. Tim will tell you he broke his knee stepping off a ladder but I have it on hood authority that it was actually from walking down Cedar Springs in his stilettos
Gorillas don't wear stilettos. You got some weird fantasies Peppa. Me thinks you both do… Back on topic…I couldn’t have one for an only vehicle and hunt…or expect to rent a truck periodically. I’ve got an old Super Duty v10 that I use when I need to tow something or pick something up. Pretty good combination, doubt I could afford to feed that v10 if I had to drive it daily. Rover Defender might be another option??? I’ve always heard they aren’t dependable and cheaply built but they do look interesting.

Those Lexus 460 LRD’s are great off road.
This looks to be a good one was well.
Keep in mind a large segment of the population does use these vehicle as intended. They just don’t live here in Texas.
For it is not the quarry that we truly seek, but the adventure.

nothing compares to Toyota/Lexus in durability.
This...^ Agreed. I'm still driving my 1997 Land Cruiser (with 342K miles on it) and my Wife....her 1999 Lexus LX470. Said She is still perfectly happy with it and doesn't really want anything else.

Pricing for the Toyota LC and the Lexus GX will probably be all over the place. There will be a big market demand for both. I can only imagine what the dealership market adjustment will be!!!
I am still looking for the perfect apron, one with reinforced knee areas would be perfect.

Granted, I’m about 1800 miles south of Dallas, but this LC has been catching my eye the past few months around town..
I really hate to do what I am about to do, because it will be very painful for you.

My sons 03 LX has been a fantastic vehicle. We couldn't find a 4runner v8 4wd he could afford.

I think it's the best looking SUV that is off road capable. No offense but you're high...or maybe it's the only "off road capable" choice 'cause that thing looks like Robo Cop and Optimus Prime had a cartoon baby. Hope you have white-framed Oakleys ready. I typically agree with you Not here, the GX460 may be the best all around and hunting vehicle there is…… And no, I need a longbed truck on the weekends, so, I don’t have one.
Never been to a camping world. I prefer Dick's to be honest.

Yep, about to turn 200k on ours. The new one has a turbo V6....... I don't know how well it will hold up. The V8 and transmission setup in the old ones are practically bullet proof. It's a little bit of a crap shoot with the 2024.

It's a little bit of a crap shoot with the 2024. Had to replace the valley plate gasket on our V8, which seems to be fairly common. Only repair in 12 years.

You're doing great if that's your only repair. Not many domestic offerings can say the same.

We got on the list, but we are 182 on the list.... we might get it in 12 months....... Stopped into the Lexus dealership today. New GX won't be hitting the dealerships until ~ end of May according to Sales Manager I spoke to. They are about 6 months behind schedule.
