Has anyone tried this? I'm usually up, in the shower and out the door pretty quick in the mornings, don't eat breakfast unless it is a stop at Starbucks drive through or some oatmeal at the office. Wanting to do something different.

What is it? I need breakfast ideas. But it's gotta be low carb for this fat ol' Grampy.

Overnight oats. Rolled oats soaked in milk. You can add other things like sunflower seeds, Chia, ground flaxseed etc.

Its best of the vegan options but 3rd to Whey and Bone broth. If you have peanut allergy becareful with legume based proteins such as pea

Its best of the vegan options but 3rd to Whey and Bone broth. If you have peanut allergy becareful with legume based proteins such as pea I had some protein info saved on a Word doc from something I read years ago on a health site. "To really know if a whey protein powder is top notch, you’ll need to do some math. Take the grams of protein per serving listed on the supplement facts panel and divide it by the serving size (in grams). This will give you the percentage of protein in each serving. To be considered a great whey protein powder, the percent protein per serving (or scoop) should be 80% or greater." Do you agree with that statement? Some whey protein powder I've been buying for years on Puritan's pride hits the 80+% mark.

In general yes I agree, Bone broth is same. But as a ranking system against other protein sources it sits firmly above pea from a quality stand point.
as far grams per serving, I only care about staying between 20-50gram per “meal/shake”

I've tried a lot of the whey powders, setteled on Optimun Nutrition Hydrolyzed whey protein isolate for years until it started giving me gut issues then moved to egg/egg white powder Prefer the egg protein over whey. Just wondering if anyone has tried this, it looks to be pretty clean.

I switch between bone broth and whey throughout the week. I supplement in flax seed though with any protein powder
