Our ranch in southern Atascosa received well over 10" of rain there last week. All ponds are full and water is still standing. Mosquitoes and chiggers are soon to follow. I'm hoping that others have seen the benefits so far.

Very dry hear, if I don't get some big run off rain I'm going to be in pond trouble.

While our lease is greener than I've seen it in years, the tanks are suffering terribly.

If the rains keep coming hay will be cheap in East Texas. The first cutting will likely come early for many in that area. Honeysuckle is already in full bloom and wild berries should be plentiful. The pond on the small tract that I lease is the highest I've ever seen it.
So long as the rains keep coming.

Very green in southwest Arkansas. Going to be a whole lot of hay...in the first cutting anyway. Green everywhere and tanks full.

It’s rained enough to green things up pretty well. Not hard enough for significant runoff though. Ponds are still 3-5ft low

Just 1.5 inches of rain in Dickens county this year on top of a severe drought last year when we got 8 inches in September
very concerned as we had no fawns last year and we may repeat the same if we don't get rain soon if it's no to late already

Had some rain, but tanks are low low. We keep missing the hard rain. Ground was dry & dusty last weekend. Not looking good.

It's the warmer weather, especially when warm overnight, that makes the green come out.
No rain here for the last couple of weeks.
Pass the gravy.

Headed to the Panhandle today, I'll let you know. That .100 we got last week prolly didn't make much difference considering what we been missing the last year.

Just an update although my place in Dickens had only 1.5 inches since January we had some decent green up from snow fall during winter
On 4/26 we got 2 inches and it should help the spring growth!!! We had NO fawns at all last year due to drought conditions I'm hoping the rain on the 26th will help carry the new fawn crop dropping shortly

Briscoe County, looking better. Tanks caught some water. As always, need more.

Looking pretty green at our current place in Comanche after the last few storms. Creeks and ponds still a bit low but lots of browse, flowers, grasses. Will be moving to Coleman area soon and it looks pretty dry out that way

South of Bowie has, as usual, been shorted on rain. Or, at least, my place has. Both ponds are down 3 to 4 ft.

Booner, I’m seeing a lot of places like that. I’m being skipped.

Just got .39 during a surprise thunderstorm at the lease south of Moran. Hoping it helps the tanks.
