After years and years of putting in, we finally got drawn back about 10-12 years ago. We stayed on Hilton Head and got one of the last times available on Harbour Town before they shut that course down for the tour to come through the next week. Great memories!

Played The Bridges up in Gunter today. Didn’t do well at all, but it was a great day to get out with some old friends up

Played that one during the off season a couple years ago and haven't made it back. I would like to play there again one day.

Lake Murray for me today.

Pass the gravy.

Played Stone Creek yesterday. Course in horrible condition and way over-crowded. I'll think twice before heading that way for a while. I guess Woodlawn and Denison Country Club both closing put too much traffic and pressure on Stone Creek.

Pass the gravy.

We haven't been able to get out because of weather, so we resorted to renting a practice bay at the PGA store.

Got a Ping G 3W to match my driver. It has a stock Ping shaft.

Also sold my home-built putter on eBay and bought am Odyssey White Hot OG 7S mallet style with a Stroke Lab shaft for $122 (retail $249).

Any of you guys have knowledge on golf simulators? I've been green lit.

Negative on the trackman. I know that Facebook has a lot of sim golf communities, but I refuse to get on there. The forums that I've found don't have a lot of traffic.

What does Facebook have to do with Trackman?

Trackman is the best IMO. Be ready to spend $5K not counting what needs to be done to the space where it will go.

Playing Thursday night money game and we have a Saturday tee time at Tanglewood.

Pass the gravy.

Trackman is over priced, and is more suited to the professionals. I dont think that is supports the software out there like GSPRO. I'm probably gonna get the Uneekor eye xo launch monitor. It does everything that the trackman does but is mounted on the ceiling out of the way of danger.

Facebook has a lot of info on home golf sims. They even have leagues. I have questions on setups, but there's not much info out on the web. I would hate to have to go on Facebook for answers.

What kind of budget are you working with?

Talk to your local golf shop(s). See what they have or what their recommendations would be within your budget.

Looks like Scheffler has addressed his putting issues.

I bought a Kirkland Signature KS1 last year and really happy with its performance. When they came out, they were 200 bucks and I bought one for 99.

Lol he wouldn't be able to sell that Kirkland for $20 tomorrow, but he could sell that Scotty for $375 all day, any day.

I play their series 2 ball and it works really well. Lots of top reviews too. I would not "invest" in their equipment likely but they probably don't offer lefty stuff anyway.

Amazing what a camera on a cell phone can do now days. My putter looks nearly brand new in real life and I am picky.

I played in the freaking Barrio yesterday! Never again...... we were paired up with a father, son group..... son was about 7 years old, and had no business on the course....... he needed to be on a par 3 course instead. Then our cart dies on the 4th hole, we park it and start humping it..... I headed off to my ball and left the wife to hit her shot. I heard arguing coming from the houses, but thought nothing of it so I just kept on walking. I turned back to see if the wife had hit her shot yet, and realized that the cholo that was arguing was yelling at my wife! So I head on back and the guy is obviously a meth head.... so we have words, but he stayed on his porch. I swear I was waiting for him to come on to the course, but he never did. Sooo anyway we call the cart in and continue to walk the course. They come, and we point them to the cart........ but they never brought us a cart. Five holes later i tell the wife to call them back and get us a cart. Not exactly a good day of golf.

I guess there was a reason they had tee times available.
