I have used both Kuby’s and Cinnamon Creek. Very happy with both. Cinnamon Creeks tamales are awesome as are their sausages. Kuby’s makes excellent sausage as well, but the problem is most of their link sausage comes only in 5 # packages. Kuby’s make some incredible deer bacon that my wife and I both love.

Both kubys and cinnamon creek are good. Only thing I don’t like about kubys (maybe this has changed?) is that they don’t vacuum seal and product comes back in bulk packagings. Cinnamon creek processes everything in much smaller portioned, vacuumed sealed packages Kuby's vacuum seals and has an actual label instead of the colored twist tie identification. And they reduced the size of the actually sausages, which I think is great because they are bun length now. Good to know they are doing this now!

Highly recommend Cinny Meatballs and brawts. I do a whole deer of each every year [align:left][/align]

My apologies Compadre, but Cinammon Creek's owner severely misquoted shipping to me when I was talking to him in New Mexico, when he was taking in game on a ranch, and, 'pretty sure they screwed my hunting partner out of two or three COOLERS full of bison meat. Some fault lies with the hunt broker on stating that "processing" was on site. We had a trailer and plenty of coolers to bring it all home to our own processors, but the Cinamon Creek proprietor talked us out of it. ( I threw away their crappy gimme cap they handed out at the "orientation". ) ya they have a deal with Vermejo. Seen semi with 30 plus elk in it

Now that I think about it; I responded to guys arguing about a post in meat processing, I need to get a life. I need glasses. I thought this thread was titled Meat Professor. I just had to click to see what that was about.
