Time to get GrubEx out. It won't kill the current grubs in the soil. It will kill new grubs trying to enter into the soil and will also cover you for army worms.

If we can avoid a few days of rain I need to spot treat a few weeds anyway so I’ll add this to my weekend agenda. We’re finally greening up around here so hopefully I can get back on my yard routine soon.

Feature. It's a great product. It's eddha and edta chelation. Won't stain and easily foliar absorbed/readily plant available. I use it a 1-1.5oz (by weight) per 1000sq feet every 2 weeks and love the results. I haven't started using it this season yet. I just kinda eyeball my color and decide when to start. And it's tank friendly with just about anything. If I'm going to spray some fungicide out, I'll add feature. I try and plan my sprays where I can tank and do stuff every 2 weeks or 4 weeks. I don't want to just spray feature and then remember oh next week I need to spray a fungicide or a soluble fertilizer and I'm out there spraying every week. I want the least amount of apps as possible and not create more work.

This is also where a soil test would come in handy. Just going off Ph only. If you have the high Ph like me at 7.5ish I know iron apps are going to improve my color as iron is bound up in the soil and not available to the roots, but you can bypass the root system and spray it and then it is plant available immediately via foliar uptake. If you're at a super low Ph like 5 then you need to bring it up a little with lime and iron and other micros will be root absorbed and you'll see a color improvement naturally. Depending on what is available in that soil. And then that goes back to the soil test.
