They ought to all be killed and eaten. Apparently, my pasture grass is far more tasty than that of the cattle owner. That has caused me to spend the last 3 days fixing fence that the last ice storm killed. Fences are now banjo string tight and my blood loss was minimal (which means my skill level has improved, I think). I hate fence fixing. The cattle owner had the fences fixed last time, so it was my turn. Yay…

I have come to really like the wife’s battery powered Stihl chainsaw. It’s just the thing for clearing limbs off the fences. Only problem is that she insists that I clean it well after every use. Whoever does that? I think that makes it an official girly chainsaw.

Neighbor had a pair of Charloise, old and young. When they'd get on my side, I'd run them back to their side. The old one squared off to me once. I didn't believe his bluff, but he believed mine. I lunged the 4 wheeler at him enough he gave. He pawed once, and that's when I drew my .45. Shoot him right in the face before I get rolled.
