So Texas Rangers Golf Club has some very interesting and difficult greens and I got out of there yesterday with 32 putts just like I was hoping. Besides nearly driving the green with a 3W on the short par four on the front nine, the putting was the only thing I did well.

Pass the gravy.

Does anyone know where I can buy a Scotty Cameron grip. I looked on their site and all their grips are sold out. Other than eBay that is, because I'm trying to stay away from Chinese knockoffs. I know it's a long shot just hoping maybe one of yall could point me in the right direction.

@ S.A. Hunter...did you have a previous post about taking a trip to Kauai, Hawaii this year? If so, you plan on playing golf there?

Yeah, thats a fatty. My wife was gifted a putter the only problem is that she doesn't like the grip. The grip on there is a thicker one and she doesn't like the tackiness it has....none of the golf shops around here carry them.....

We were their in December. Played them both. You will enjoy Kauai. There are crazy wild chickens everywhere. Note…everything is expensive.

If you have time to play consider Wailua Golf Course. It’s a municipal course, right on the water. Rates are much better too. Don’t get sticker shocked at the above mentioned courses.

How did you get your clubs there? Or did you rent?

That's exactly what I was thinking. I saw a little video on that Muni, and wanted to hit it if we have time.

Took them with us. We both have small travel bags and scaled our bags to only what we needed to play. We maybe had 10 clubs each. Put an Apple Air tag in each bag as well.

Anyone in DFW playing today? Most of the courses up here are too wet.

Pass the gravy.

The wife and I hit Silverhorn today, and she almost took me out! She is coming on fast..... her driver is a freaking fairway finder. She hit one 234 yds and we played a tight course. On one hole she was gonna hit driver I told her I dont know about that its really tight where you want to land it..... she said I'm gonna hit driver, and piped it down the fairway.... if she could putt she would have taken me out. I'm proud of her, she hit some real golf shots today.

Anyone watching the Players Championship? That is a tough course.

Open to the public...green fees are ~ $800/person. Ouch!
