One more day of softer foods. Jumbo pasta shells, stuffed with spinach, cream cheese, and mozzarella cheese. Added in some rosa (red) Alfredo with cherry tomatoes and some veggies. Seemed a little bland, so switched it up with Asiago-Romano-Parmesan blend on top!! Not a low carb dinner, but the red wine was great!!

Looks good, we do something similar with broccoli instead of spinach.

I like to add shrimp in the filling, but yours sure looks great!
