319 acres about 7 miles ENE of Throckmorton. Lease would be for 2 hunters and 4 birds total. Lodging is not provided but there are numerous places in town to stay. 25 acre wheat field. North Elm Creek goes in and out of my place 4 times (see Google earth pic). Very little turkey hunting pressure around my place. $2500 for access April 1 through May 14.
