We are packing up stuff, in order to list the house and see about moving to warmer climates. The Boss said no more deep frying, to run away buyers. Last shot at finger steaks and fries for a while. You can see I went for seafood sauce with ketchup, relish, horeseradish, and Worchestershire.

While both Texas and Arizona have a place in our heart, I think kids/grandkids/1st great grandkid are going to sway the wife to Boise area. Staying in Idaho has lots of pluses, but dropping down 3000 feet, and not shoveling snow would be nice. I have missed warm water fishing, but can never give up on trout and redfish in Matagorda Bay!!!

True story: We once had a quick surprise showing of our home come up, barely enough time to vacuum. My wife quickly sliced up an onion and tossed it into a pan of water to boil while we cleaned. The buyers came through the door and went on and on about how great our dinner smelled. We showed the home. I took the pan of onion water and dashed it out the back door. Great showing!
