I'M going to take a stab at what could be possible...
Keeping in mind we are using infra red beam for light. Possibly, we may have a trapped gas emitting from a gas pipeline which will show some reflection. I would think it would take ultra violet light for that but who knows. I wouldn't have thought there could be that much without more pics showing more reflection. Looks like there are two sources ..one one the left and one on the right ...the rest is just dissipation from the source.
Just shot in the dark....lol

Do yall have many illegals coming through?
Could be a spotlight from BP chopper. We had some crash a truck through a fence and they came and searched with a chopper with thermal or night vision until they found them then lit'em up with a helluva bright spotlight of some sort till the ground crews got to them.

Hud, I think it def looks like a beam of light coming down. As someone above said, maybe a helicopter spotlight? TPWD searching for poachers? PD or military helo practice? Out here in central Texas we get lots of military practice. Two years ago I had an afternoon hunt spoiled by 2 blackhawks and a cobra practicing low level hovering and gun runs about 1/4 mile west of my blind. They stayed for 30+ minutes.

Somebody out there knows about helos. If a helo had a spotlight shine straight down is that what it would look like? Somebody should know that.
