LOL, if you get the piles to big and don’t have a huge area cleared around them they’ll scare just about anyone. We’ve burned thousands of cedar piles over the years and we’ve had a handful I went into full panic mode on that took a few years off my life. You really have to be careful burning cedar, they get stupid hot really fast. If their around standing timber or a structure we wait until it’s raining, you can loose a cedar fire in the matter of minutes.

I have a bunch to burn, you guys are worrying me. Will have water truck and sprayer standing by and will prep well. I'll have to wait for rain anyway, as the burn ban is in effect right now.
