I think every kid should work at a restaurant. 3 of our 4 listened to me. I bussed tables at a Mexican Food place before I could drive. 'Waited tables and cooked all through college. What little "people skills" I possess, I learned a lot of them from dealing with ALL kinds of people in a restaurant setting. Yep. All of us did.
